I drive past this store and go all the way to manitowoc instead. There's never more than one checkout open, and they are real picky about the 3 second window where they are ok with you asking for water softener salt.
The rebate system has got to be against the law in some fashion. They advertise based on rebate price, yet the rebate isn’t only achieved through snail mail. Then they send out an inconspicuous piece of paper that looks like junk mail. Further, you can’t save pictures of the rebates on your phone (fear of losing all the rebate money that’s been earned) because they require a paper copy. Then to end it all, the rebate price, that they ADVERTISE can only be used at Menards, so the money ultimately goes in Menards pocket, not yours. So what law allows them to advertise the rebate price yet you don’t actually ever get that money in your pocket? I’m not smart enough to know, but I do know when I feel scammed.
I hate Menards stores with a passion. A friend of mine used to work at Menards many years ago and he explained how lucrative the rebate scam is for Menards. So many people don’t take the time to fill them out or they lose them, so it’s just sheer profit for them. Call me old-school but I will always choose to shop at a place that has straight up prices instead of baiting me in the store with a sham 11% rebate.

I moved to Sheboygan about 3 years ago and found myself in renovation mode almost immediately. I came in looking for paint. Not just any paint, the color had to be just right and hold up to the task. The Staff in the paint section were AWESOME, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped me created my color, and pick a base.The end product was gorgeous! Here we are 2 and a half years later and I have decided to include the fence. To my dismay, during storage the label was damaged. I went back to the wizards at Menards hoping they could replicate the magic. I found myself face to face with the same magical people who made it happen the first time, with the same results. (Thank you Larry and Drew!!) I will continue to seek their wisdom for future projects, and highly recommend their expertise.
I found everything I needed to replace things and repair. Workers there are hard to find, but are very helpful when they are found. The number aisles are a bit confusing. Also, they had a desk to help hire people to do large projects, but that is gone.
Customer service great product bags leak. Purchased 5 50Lb sandblast.all 5 bags 80% it was pouring on floor they did tape it up but no discount
